Shipping & Delivery Policy

One Touch Invite sells digital products only. There is no physical shipment of any item to a postal address. This policy explains how digital delivery works.
1. What you receive
On successful payment, you receive immediate access to the customisation dashboard for the template you purchased. The "delivered product" consists of:
- An order entry visible in your One Touch Invite dashboard.
- Access to the customisation form for the specific template you bought.
- The ability to publish your invite to a unique public URL (e.g., onetouchinvite.com/invites/your-names-2026).
- Free hosting of the published invite for 12 months from the publish date.
- Email notifications to you for each new RSVP submitted by your guests.
2. Delivery time
Digital delivery is instant. Within seconds of your payment being verified by Razorpay, your order appears in your dashboard and the customisation form unlocks.
In the rare event of a payment-gateway delay or webhook failure, delivery completes within 1 hour. If you have paid but cannot see your order after 1 hour, please contact hello@onetouchinvite.com with your payment ID and we will resolve it manually.
3. Delivery confirmation
You receive an order-confirmation email at the address registered to your account immediately after successful payment. A second email is sent the moment you publish your invite, containing the public URL you can share on WhatsApp or any other channel.
4. Geographic availability
The Service is available worldwide. There are no shipping zones, no postal restrictions, and no customs charges, because nothing physical is sent. Buyers anywhere in the world can access the customisation form and the published invite as long as they have an internet connection.
Pricing is currently shown and charged in Indian Rupees (₹). Card networks may apply their own currency conversion if you pay from outside India.
5. Shipping charges
None. The price displayed at checkout is the total price. There are no additional shipping, handling, or delivery fees because the product is digital.
6. Failed delivery
Because there is no physical shipment, "failed delivery" can only mean that, despite successful payment, your order did not appear in your dashboard. In every such case, the remedy is one of the following:
- We manually create the order against your verified payment ID, OR
- We refund the payment in full per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
